Perhaps your horse falls directly between sizes. Or it may be especially broad or narrow in the body.
Pay a deposit and we’ll send you a rug you can test on your own horse before paying the full amount.

Pick a trial rug size
Measure your horse using our rug size chart, specially customized to the fit of our rugs. If you’re uncertain, consult with us on sizing. Share photos of your horse, or additional measurements. Tell us about previous issues, especially any areas where other rugs haven’t fit well or have caused rubbing.
Together, we’ll agree on the most likely rug size for your horse.
Step 2
Make a 50% Deposit
We ask you to pay a 50% deposit, and as soon as we receive that, we send you your trial rug.
Step 3
If the rug size is right, finalise payment
This is the result we aim for every time. The rug fits. Your horse is happy. You’re happy. Simply pay the balance and we’re happy too.
If you want additional rugs for summer or winter weather, you can order from our full range with confidence you have the sizing right.
Step 4
If the rug doesn’t fit, we’ll exchange for a different size
Simply send the rug back to us requesting a different size, then we’ll send you that size. You can also send us photos of our rug on your horse, and discuss any issues with us.
If the new rug fits – which it almost certainly will – you simply finalise payment as above.
Step 5
If the rug size is still wrong
We’ll be surprised and disappointed – in our first 7 years of business, we’ve only met two horses we couldn’t find the right rug for.
But if you’re the unlucky third customer, you simply return the second rug and we refund your deposit.
