Refund policy

All products may not be returned or refunded after purchase unless unopened, unused and in original packaging, so please choose size carefully. We have supplied a measurement chart that we highly suggest you use on your horse first before choosing your size, especially if they differ in sizes with different brands.

Upon receiving your order ensure you check you have the correct items and contact Diamond Deluxe immediately if there is a problem with anything missing or incorrect, as we will not be responsible at a later date or if you have used the items.
