Returns and Shipping
All products may not be returned or refunded after purchase unless unopened, unused and in original packaging, so please choose size carefully. We have supplied a measurement chart that we highly suggest you use on your horse first before choosing your size, especially if they differ in sizes with different brands.
Upon receiving your order ensure you check you have the correct items and contact Diamond Deluxe within 72 hours if there is an issue with the items or a potential return, as we will not be responsible after this time or if you have used the items.
Please contact us directly at info@diamonddeluxe.com.au if you have any problems as we are always here to help. If you have chosen incorrectly please call or email us immediately upon receipt of your order and DO NOT USE.
Shipping will be sent via Australia Post and is calculated in relation to state and postcode at checkout.
We do offer a pick-up alternative to posting. Pick up location is in Maddens Plains NSW 2508 (20mins north of Wollongong). If you wish to pick up your item/s in person, please contact us for more information so you don't get charged postage at checkout.
Items will be posted within 7 business days of your order being received for regular post and within 3 days for express post.
We deliver throughout all of Australia and New Zealand.
